Every project at Lumira follows the same structured, six-step process. You will always know what stage we are in, what is coming next, and when to expect your deliverables.

Our Process

06. Ongoing Support

We start with an in-depth brand questionnaire to understand your business, your audience, your competitors, and your vision. No calls required — everything is handled through a detailed brief form and, if needed, a short Loom video exchange.

What happens: You complete the brief form. We review and confirm the project scope.

Timeline: 1–2 business days

Before we design anything, we research. We analyze your competitors, identify positioning gaps, and map out the visual direction for your brand. This is what makes the design feel intentional, not decorative.

What happens: We deliver a moodboard and brand direction document for your approval.

Timeline: 3–5 business days

With the strategy approved, we move into the creative phase. We present 2–3 distinct design concepts — each fully developed, not just rough sketches — along with the rationale behind each direction.

What happens: We present design concepts via a Loom video walkthrough, so you can review at your own pace.

Timeline: 5–7 business days

You choose your preferred direction and share your feedback. We refine and polish the design until it is exactly right. All projects include a fixed number of revision rounds (specified in your proposal).

What happens: Revision rounds via email or form — no live calls required.

Timeline: 3–5 business days per round

Once the design is approved, we prepare and package all your final files. You receive everything you need in organized, clearly labeled formats — ready to use across print and digital.

What happens: We deliver all final assets via Google Drive or WeTransfer.

Timeline: 1–2 business days after final approval

We don't disappear after delivery. For 30 days after handoff, we're available to answer questions and help you implement your new brand assets with confidence.

What happens: 30 days of post-delivery support via email.

Timeline: Ongoing
